Japan - Day 8

That is Enoshima in the background (the island)
On Day 8 we headed off to Enoshima.  Enoshima is an island with a few temples and shrines and super cool tide pools you can walk out and explore.  There were also caves that you could walk through and again we had to walk up a mountain and back to the other side.  We got in some great exercise carrying Chloe all over and she was a super trooper.

This was the base of the village on the walk to the top of the island.  You can sort of see Doug pushing Chloe.

Us out on the tide pools.  It was not easy to get to this spot and with the tide coming in we quickly moved on.  There was this super sweet old man who gave Chloe his piece of cardboard to sit on while we were out there.

Chloe and Doug out on the tide pools checking out the animals that live in the nooks and crannies.

Doug giving Chloe a closer look, we had to keep her foot dry

My little cuties

Oh man almost forgot about this, there was ice cream everywhere and I do mean everywhere.  So we ate ice cream once a day everyday on vacation it was awesome.  Chloe loved this part of the day.
