Our new neighborhood threw a party for Mardi Gras. The kids all dressed up and had a parade. Somehow I didn't understand Chloe needed to bring something to ride for the parade. Thankfully Liam a sweet neighbor boy was willing to share his ride with Chloe. She as you can see decided her halloween costume was perfect for the parade. So cute.
