Dancing Queen

I wanted to post a few movies of Chloe dancing and playing with Doug. Anyone who has spent time at our house knows a whole lot of dancing goes on each day. Chloe just loves to cut a rug.

When Chloe was still in her crib I would climb in with her and read her books sometimes. My mom thought it was nuts and got this picture.

Chloe decided to put on her rain boots, jacket and grab her umbrella. Yes, that night she took the umbrella in the shower with her. Quite funny.

Only the kids of airline pilots have playdates on the 25th of December

2 year Check Up Stats

Chloe is 2, here are her stats:
Height: 35 1/4/ inches (75-90%)
Weight: 28lbs (50-75%)
So in 2yrs our little lady has gone from the 5th percentile to the 75-90th. She has really been working on growing :). She can now also count to 11 or 14 on a good day. Go Chloe Go.

As most of you know if there is water or mudd to be found, Chloe will find it and play in it. Here she is playing in water at the Arboretum.

15 month Check up

This just in. Our little Chloe is doing well. She is in the 50-75% for height and 25-50% for weight. I am telling you the kid is all torso. She now uses sign language pretty well to let us know when she is hungry and she can say a few words. She is also walking and dancing. She will eat any fruit you can think of and most veggies really I can't complain she is a great kid and such a joy to be with.

Chloe's Craft Corner

Below find some of Chloe's crafts. She absolutely loves to paint, draw, color, cut, glue, etc. you get the picture. The kid is crafty.

Zee

Chloe saw the Zee craft project one morning on NickJr and there we were making Zee at 5am. We had to wait for her to dry to stuff her. We have now made Moose A Moose as well.

Owl

Isn't this the cutest owl mask. She worked so hard painting it, then putting beads on it and then finally adding sequins. It took days and lots of patience. I was impressed.

Halloween

Chloe made little Halloween decorations for some of her friends.

Here is Chloe working on a massive painting.

Our Book Project

Chloe and I are working on a book where she and Doug take an adventure to the jungle.

The Village

Oh the fun you can have with Post It Notes. One morning at the hotel with Nana we went crazy drawing all the components to make up Chloe's Village.

Pumpkins

We decided to pain the pumkins and if they are still good by Halloween then we will carve them.

Monkeys

These are supposed to be monkeys. She saw the project and had to try it. So here are the interlocking monkeys.

The Duck

The duck actually appears to be swimming because it is attached to a stick that is fed through the plate. Pretty fun and easy.

Doll House

While we were moving Chloe and I built a house for her dolls to play in. I think she really just wanted to paint and glue the boxes.
